I used to work with MIRACLE Tank Cleaning Guide since its first edition during my Chief Officer service on board several chemical tankers operated by various companies. I would like to advise you that since the year of 1996 I am serving on board of chemical tankers and know perfectly by my own experience that sometime the tanks' preparation might be a real headache or even unresolved problem. During this period I have collected (from different sources) a good bunch of tank cleaning guides, such as Odfjell TCG, Stolt TCG, Zodiac TCG, Drew Ameroid TCG etc. All the above guides are more or less helpful (despite of the fact that large shipping companies do not like to let you have an access to all secrets and many questions have no answers), but first time I have such a detailed and comprehensive Tank Cleaning Manual as MIRACLE. Since the year of 2002 (when I was employed by Carl F.Peters GmbH & Co. KG Shipmanagement) we were using The First Edition of MIRACLE. Honestly that was happening not so frequent when we were looking for advise in a MIRACLE (generally the Company's fleet is carrying the clean petroleum products), however the information was always correct and results successful. Also I must say that standards of an industry are becoming more and more strict from year to year, and, by requirements of the many Charterers and Surveyors, the tank cleaning procedures must be performed upon the discharge of a growing number of cargoes.
That is why, when first time I looked through new edition of a MIRACLE, my instant thought was: "I MUST HAVE IT!" Now I have it and feel myself well protected and ready to any forthcoming tank cleaning.

Thank you for sending registration key for our Miracle database. I take the opportunity to comment on the this excellent cleaning database. During the years as chief mate and as master I had to use Miracle quite often and sometime for cargoes which I have not dealt with previously. I am very happy with the results and the advice received. The database is easy to work with, it is reliable, based on experience and research and invaluable helping tool to masters and chef mates on chemical tankers.
Of course there is always room for improvement and I see you are updating Miracle yearly and the direction of improvement is the right one. One could desire a more choice of cleaning chemicals mentioned in the database as the ones referred to are not always available o/b.
As an overall impression and opinion Miracle database is commendable and highly effective. Personally I rate it highest among other databases I have come across during my years as C/O and Master.

Regarding MIRACLE tank cleaning program I could say only the best. During past years since Miracle tank cleaning program was made those several upgrades was very welcome. Keep going in this direction and of course build up your product database with new chemicals / products.
